Send Mail - Server email address is acting like a valid recipient in exchange org.

Hi , I just want to know that while configuring the SENDMAIL on Linux box to send the mail so will that include the default server email address as well, because here we are facing issues like on some of the box where send-mail is configured those boxes are sending the emails to internal recipients in exchange org but here own server address is also coming as the email address but that does not exist or can say not a valid recipient, so due to this queues are getting piled up on my edge exchange box. So is their any configuration change i can do on sendmail to rectify this issue. pls help me on this as getting issues since long ..? thanks
