If I record and import a voice item, can I make a voice item longer than 60 seconds? (using callpilot application builder)

The default should be 90 seconds, but the Mailbox Storage Limit applies to all types of CallPilot Voice Items. Meaning that you would need to change the Maximum prompt size under Messaging Management to allow for longer Voice Items, but this will change the limit for all users as well.

Sorry for not posting this sooner, I found an alternative solution that does not involve increasing this limit. I imported a wav file that was longer than the set time limit and the whole message did play.
