Hi all,

Is there a way to change the phonesets display from a script or is it possible to use a variable in the phonesets display?

This is what I want to do:
- check incomming CLID to a database and give back a name.
- use the name in the phonesets display so the agent can see the name.

thx for the help!

No, that is not possible.
It is possible (via HDX scripting) to show info on the agents computer..

How could you send info to the agent computer?

I have been looking at the provder.exe application, but I'm not able to register. Seems strange b/c my SEND INFO in the scripts works fine.

Does the agent need to use the agent desktop? We do not use the agent desktop.

You will need a third party solution.
For more info on HDX see page 18

I just did this.

If using AACC.
Go to Configuration:
Phoneset Displays
Select CLID on top
Select CLID # on phone.
