I am trying to setup a MS Lync and a ICP 3300 to communicate with each other. We have done so and now we want to be able to dail out.

In the Wireshark trace the calls come through as they are supposed to +5559995555@xx.xx.xx.xx

But this is supposed to be an external call to an euro isdn we have connected to the 3300, how would I go about sending the request to the e1 trunk?

Update: We made some changes and it's now able to dial out. The number in the MS Lync must match the localised number of the number programmed on the Mitel 3300 exactly.

However, we now have another problem. We want to be able to ring both the extension and the lync app at the same time.

Theres a detailed doc on MOL to set this up, why dont you just ask your VAR to send it to you.
