Hello

I am new to Nortel ICS. I have been doing a lot of research on this but this was kind of dumped on my plate I have to admit I am not sure what I am doing. Maybe someone can help me out, it would be greatlappreciateded.

We have a fax line that has a fax number. The fax is working trough the merredian ATA2 and is connected to computer via a modem. The fax works all fhoweverewer on some of the sales staff phones the phone rings wsomeonemone tries to send a fax. If the sales pickup the phone then the obviouslyusly does not go trough. How cadisablebale the fax from ringing on the sales staff phone. I haveacescess to the terminal. We are using the M7310 phones. I am trying to manage the system via the phone.

Thank you
