I have a very Old Merlin R3 (not Magix). I have AA transfering to group 772, circular, with 6 members. One of the extensions (5th in group)report their extension will only ring once when she gets the call from 772. Is it the ES state or is there a timer adjustment, or what? Any help on this old girl would be appreciated.

Have you seen it fail? That's the key to what's really happening.

I highly suspect ABBREVIATED RING is set to ON. Turn it off, and your problem may go away.

I turned off the abbrievated ring *342. I checked this extension was the only one in the HG that didn't have a mailbox. None of the other mailboxes have VM coverage. When I attempted to dial this extension from the AA it would not do the transfer. I created a mailbox and it wanted a COS. All the others had 2 so I set it the same. I am watching this and will go onsite to watch the user on Monday. Thanks Merlinman.
