Without changing any program can you test a card slot that has an MGATE card in it by temporaraly putting in a Digital line card and testing for dial tone with a 2008 or 2616 ? We are having an issue where our CallPilot answers but we don't hear anything. WE have replaced the dialogic card in the 1005r already but no change.

We replaced the dialogic board in the server. This got us to the point where we could get the CallPilot operational. We then found we had an issue where you could not change passwords either via the phone or the administration web page.We also found that no matter which USB port we tried for the dongle the system would always recognize the dongle as being in USB port I .The issue was been resolved by changing the dongle holder.
