Hello,

I am working on IP Office video soft phone. i was trying to connect it form remote location with our router. but it is not working. even i was trying to connect the soft phone using a vpn client application which also does not support.

It works fine under LAN as well as if i set a static IP on my LAN2 port of IP Office.

Can anyone tell IP Office Soft phone designed only for LAN and only works from WAN if LAN2 port configure with static IP?

Thanks
AB

It's IP so as long as all the routing is in place and ports are not blocked it will work anywhere.
