I am setting up DID numbers on the incomming "lines" and under the target line I have an issue setting up the received digits. I have it setup for (3) and the received digit I want to enter is 824. I can not type the 2 for some reason. When I press 2 on the hand set it types nothing. if I type on the second digit any other number then I can type 2... I also tried another hand set.. So the system rejects these lines when try to call in on them... The rest of the DID's seem to work fine. Any ideas?

82 might be in use as a pool code. If so you'll have to change it to something else in order to use 824.

82 might be a destination. Look under services > routing.

It could also be a B2 channel, take a look under maint and go to DN and see if you can show it there.
