Press the menu button, options, internal auto answer on/off. A reset will default this to off, I think....

On older phones it's a button option smile

Thanks, that worked. Do you know if there is a way for a incoming internal call to ring, but have it do Hands-Free Answer on Intercom (HFAI) only when I want it say with a ShortCode?
Thanks.

On the receiving set, add an "Internal Auto Answer" button (Emulation|Internal Auto Answer) and it will work like the HFAI button on a Partner.

Or, on the originating set, add a "Dial Direct" button (Advanced|Dial|Dial Direct) and it will work like an SA-Voice button on a Legend/Magix

How ever on a new 16xx / 14xx / 95xx / 96xx phone, you still need to program a button for it to work on external calls
