I have Windows XP and recently removed Neat Receipts using the Add/Remove feature in the Control Panel. Now I receive the following message: "SQL DUMPER Library failed initialization. Your initialization is either corrupt or has been tamper with. Please uninstall then re-run setup to correct this problem." How do I resolve this issue. I'm not sure what to uninstall and what setup to re-run. Thanks everyone for the help. Larry

Hi Larry,
In the control panel list of installed programs, do you have an entry for 'microsoft SQL server vss writer'?

If so, try removing it and rebooting.

Hope this helps.
Marc
