Anyone noting Embedded VMail messages getting cut off on 7.0.23/8.0.44? Currently have about 3 new sites calling in. Random users/calls. Happening 1 - 2 times a day reported.

I have seen it and see no reason other than phantom DTMF digits from carrier. The only thing changed on the site in question was carrier. Had it happen to me and it didn't drop the call, but acted like I pressed #.

I am having the same issue with 3 different sites on different release of 8.0.xx software. The only thing in common with these sites is they are using Intuity mode. I have called avaya tech support and this is not a known issue with the software of the SD card. If anyone has resolved this, please advise of a resolution. I am going to try to convince one of the sites to switch to IP Office mode.

Had the same issue on 8.0.44, and it was in Intuity mode also. I switched it to IP office mode and the customers haven't had issues since.

I have Heard of issues in Intuity mode on release 8. Switching to IP mode fixes issue.

I found out recently that the default maximum message length is 2 minutes. In programming it can be extended to 3 minutes, but that is the complete maximum.
