First of all there is really no upgrade procedure. It's really a new installation because everything has to be redone and reimaged. Depending on what your current servers are and what they are deployed with will have a big impact on the upgrade and down time. But there is definitely no magic upgrade button. You will be reinstalling all the software new and redeploying, patching etc. This book should help.
