I need to reset a dual pri card.I think the sequence is
1.disable the loop disl xx
2.disable the d channel dch xx
3 disable the msdl dis msdl xx all

once the card is reinstalled.
1. enl msdl xx fdl
2.enll xx
3.enl dch xx

Just reverse your steps 1 and 2 by disabling the d-channel first. Then after reinstallation, you should be able to eliminate step 3, the d-channel should enable on its own.

I would stat the msdl after you disable everything to make sure it is really down as this will bounce the pbx if the card is not showing disabled.
