Can an E-RAD be used for NRU?

As the title says,, Can an E-RAD be used for NRU? NRU has never been used much in the UK, I've got a copy of it and I can get hold of an E-Rad, can that be used with NRU??

May sound pissy but Norstar remote utilites is the only software for the Norstar and the only way to access the system was via the Rad ... Erad is a preloaded hardware, keycode enabled option on a CICS
