Convert XLS to CSV : Code not working

objExcel.Workbooks.Open strOrigFile

objExcel.DisplayAlerts = False

objExcel.DisplayAlerts = False
objExcel.ActiveWorkbook.Close
objExcel.DisplayAlerts = False
objExcel.Application.Quit

This code is not working when converting csv to xls, Please help !

The link shows to comvert excel to CSV. But I need a script to convert .CSV to >XLS
