Help Interface E1 BCM50 - Part Number for use in Brazil

Hello
I need a help with a BCM50e version 2.
I need the part number of the E1 interface with MFC R2 signaling for this PBX.
WilI l be installed in Brazil
Is there an installation manual for this interface?

Hello Curlycord.
Thank you for your help.
I bought the board E1 R2MFC in Mexico.
Except that I have a problem, the BCM50 R2 does not recognize the E1 interface.
I install it in the first Cabinet expansion, turn all over again. I open the BEM, I go to phone features, and the E1 module does not appear in the first Cabinet expansion. Can I send you the screen you want to see.
My model is a BCM50 with Router (BCM50e).
Software Release: 2.0.2.05e
Hadware code: NT9T5508.
Funny thing is that it appears like country: North america, I believe that Brazil should appear.
You think you can update the software center from R2 to R3 or R5?

Sounds like you need to reset BCM , chose the correct profile and program from scratch....somebody here hopefully can verify that.

Ok. I think I have to see how to reset the BCM50. Never did that. I can JUDr with that? is there any document that talk about how to reset total?

You have to "cold reset telephony services"
There you find the localization settings.
All telephony programming will be erased.

Administrator – Utilities – Cold reset.

In the Telephony resources. Expansion: select DTM-PRI.

Hello Bluestuff. Hello everybody ... The reset worked and I was able to configure the BCM BRAZIL.
The E1 interface, coming from Mexico, was recognized this and synchronized with the provider. The problem is now set in the BCM so the phones are able to pick up lines, the E1, to dial out. I do not know configure this interface, can someone give me a light? grateful.
