caller ID name

Hi guys

I know how to chnage the outgoing caller ID "number that is displayed" on a station but got a call this morning stating that the number going out is correct but the buisness name being displayed is wrong. I believe this to be a phone company issue and not a definity problem?

I have an Avaya Definity 3.1
