SAP ECMLink - Creation of Business workspaces on ECC system issue

RamSll (TechnicalUser)

Dear all

We have had an upgrade of SAP R3 4.7 system to ECC 6 recently. Business workspaces and business references which were working very well through GOS menu in R3 is not working in ECC 6 system now.

I am done with all configurations on both ECC and ECM livelink, all components of ECMLink have been installed on ECC system as per documentation from Open Text. When 'Create business workspace' is clicked on/selected in ECC, it gives a message saying - 'Handler - Livelink user 'My SAP user id' does not exist'.

I understand that there is an user which connected SAP ECC and ECM systems in the background, however, i am unaware if this has got anything to do with Roles, SSO (although SSO is not enabled on our system as it is Dev) or why exactly my SAP user is not recognised. Am i missing out anything please. Should i check the RCS services, authorisation etc?

Help please!

Many thanks
Ram S
