CCT Call data transfer problem in Multi site AACC

APDS (TechnicalUser)

Hello,

We have setup 2 sites of AACC(6.2 SP5) with CS1K(Rel 7.5), CCMS (AML) & CCT with NCC. Network skillbased routing is working fine. CCT is working fine in individual sites, with call data appearing on Ref Client.. But in a multisite transfer scenario, call data is not passed between the two sites. Local call id & network call id is appearing correctly in destionation site.

We would like to know whether there are any component or configuration required to pass call data between two CCTs.

Regards,

We resolved the issue.

The issue was that CCTs in both sites were unknown to each other. The call attached data would be transferred only if CCT in site 1 is known to the CCT in Site 2 and vice versa.

This information is set in "IVR " option in CCT web admin tool.
In CCT Web admin tool (launched from CCMA) of Site 1, the ip address of CCT in site 2 shall be added , the port number shall match with the port number used in "passive" provider.

Then local CDNs shall be added as route points (landing pads need not be added). Then repeated the steps in other site.It worked fine !
