cp 100 long distance fraud

I have several customers with cp100/150 voicemails. They have been getting hacked from their outdials for long distance charges. I have restricted their voicemail ports for no long distance but somehow they are still hacking them. The outdial option has had to be removed as an option to remove the toll fraud but the option is still needed. Any ideas?

Yes, find the culprit with the weak password for their mailbox and do as plz lol.

If your going to have a password of 1234 and your allowed External Transfer then the hacker will change your cell# to overs sea's.
