Aloha Terminal Error system date exceeds DOB target

I am currently getting an error that system time exceeds DOB target and to run EOD. All the terminal have the same date/time. If i force and eod and aloha goes to the next day it does not show the error. Any ideas? Thank you for any help

Check the date on the Boh server change it to today then check the aloha manager -maintenance - store
Settings - system - current date of business and change to today's date then refresh.

Cheers,
Coorsman

I reconfirmed the dates on the boh computer and in aloha, and refreshed. All are set for the same day. I also noticed that when the computer should do the EOD it has a sync error and crashes aloha. I am wondering if that has to do with the time
exceed? They are both on a fresh copy of windows xp pro. With all service updates.

Also wanted to note that it is on version 5.3.37. I am currentlt setting this up for test and playing/learning around with. I am more familiar with positouch and aldelo software and just checking into aloha.
Thank you for any help

It sounds like you are missing the aloha. Ini file on the terminal.

Do you have a hasp license key attached?

Hasp license is attached. Even though it says that the system time exceeds eod target the terminal works fine. When you go to log into terminal (where you type your code) on the bottom it has system date and dob and they are both the same. Only when the terminal works onto the next day and the system date is a day earlier does it not give up that error. Also the terminal does have the ini file as well with correct date. The only odd thing i notice is that aloha will unregistered itself and say something about the sync program has caused it to crash, wondering if that is the file that sync the time with the boh to the rest of the terminals?

I missed up on the error it was saying. The error i am getting is System time exceeds EOD target please run EOD. Sorry for any trouble.

well i was able to answer my question. Once again sorry for the trouble. I misread the error and though it was saying DOB not EOD. I changed the EOD manual target time to 28:00 for 4 am and it is working now. Sorry for the trouble.
Thanks again for the help coorsman
