Lost PRI Enabler on a 7.0 mics. Help needed please

Okay, so it's been a while and I made a bone head mistake by resetting the mics back to factory without copying the pri enabler info.

I have the sys id and can see the auth code on the krs site, but I forgot how to install this. It's been so long and not any step by step info.

Exactly how do I install the pri enabler again? Why do I seem to remember the keycode being a lot different then the authcode?

Thanks in advance for any help you guys can provide.

The key codes are 3 sets of 8 numbers. The authorization code gets you the key codes.
It's installed under software keys.

I checked the system using a 7316 and when looking at the sys id, the only option was exit. So it's gone from the mics.

After checking avaya, it seems that I can't see the actual keycodes because we are not the partner of record. That would have to be changed to get the actual KC retrieved to reinstall. Or, have the cust call the old vendor to let us know the codes.

There is a first time for everything I guess.

Call Avaya support and ask for a DOR change - Distributor of Record change.

This changes vendors.
