Hot to grant a user (remote employee) to install software on his cilent computer?

Remote client wants to install software on his computer and need permission.

With granting him the admin privilege, how to give him the access to install on his computer?

(Our Server is SBS 2011 with Exchange. the employee is connecting to server through VPN.)

You'll need to make him a local admin on the computer. Probably better to use RWA than VPN.
