Merlin Magix 2.2 International Calling fails over PRI

Chuckak (IS/IT--Management)

Inherited management of Merlin Magix phone system last year. Sales department informs me that they cannot dial international calls. Not sure if it ever was set up correctly. They did not dial internationally before so no idea if it ever worked. Have checked with PRI provider and we are not passing the leading digits for the international call.
I am a newb with Magix. Have WinSPM and am able to connect to Magix etc. How do I print out the PRI configuration and is this where the issue is? I need step by step to get to the right place etc. Thanks

Forgot to include the last 99 system errors have "Invalid Sanity Response" and "Command Buffer Full" continually. These are on the module that the PRI is connected to.
