Deactivating EC500 on SIP Phones 9600 Series and Call FWD from set not working

Hello

I have some SIP Phones 9620 configure, but if customer wants to Deactivate EC500 on SIP Phones 9600 Series or the Call FWD feature from telephone Set, it does not take comand from the Set to deactive features mention above. Works when use codes progrmam in Off-PBX-Telephone features. Features works properly in any other phone that is Not SIP Phone. Does someone have and idea where I should look in the Session Manager in order to verify why is not working properly.
