Hello guys, I'm being annoyed by this situation, it may be very simple to solve.

I created a several custom fields with Yes/No value, that generates my work progress.

For example, Aproval o stage 1, 2, and 3 (Yes on this three fields and no on the others) = 60% of my task.

After that I created a Progress Indicator for the tasks, that catches the %conclusion value and shows up red/yellow/green lights. It works nice for the tasks, but for the summary tasks it doesn't work, the value of the field is always 0 (so they are always red) even if work progress is on 30%.

Attached is the example of what is causing my summary task indicator to fail =(

Thx guys

Hello StetCopas,

In the custom field you are using for the Red Amber Green, you'll need to tell Project to use the formula for the summary tasks. In the Customize Fields dialog, you'll see an option for "Calculation for task and group summary rows" - either tell Project to use the formula you are using for the subtasks or select a rollup calculation. Then in the graphical indictators, you can set a graphic indicator for the summary row data.

I hope this helps.
Julie
