You would just need to upgrade to CS1K V7.5 using a CPPM, but with some options such as CoRes or SA/HA etc. Your SSC and fibre cards would be replaced with a MGC card to act as the gateway.

There are other options, but this is a basic start for you.

All the best

There is no more opt 11c....when you upgrade to 7.5 it turns into a CS1KE. Soon as you upgrade you will need to buy IP Lic and that will get you you IP sets, as for the call center it will really go with what the user needs if they are just going to use the basic acd prog in the system or buy AACC.When you upgrade you keep all of the same hardware except for SSC and Fibre expansion cards. You will be adding MGC cards which will be 1 per cabinet and dependingon space going with a co-res cppm which will be your CS and your SS/UCM.

You best get some training and certifications from Avaya before doing anything of the sort for any customer.

Not to be snarky here, but this type of job isn't for amateurs.
