I have a customer with a Norstar 6x16 running software SP30NTE04DR5. They have acquired a Startalk Flash with
2.1 S/W from another store that went under. I believe that I should be OK compatibility wise but thought
I would run it by the collective minds here to make sure prior to making the three hour drive down to do the install.

Is it a DS cabinet (lettering is more green hue than grey hue on the KSU)?

The software looks suitable, assuming you will use the primary language?

I suggest making sure the voicemail is fully defaulted. If not, then I suggest a full reinstall of the voicemail. With that VM software, you will likely need to f903 to activate the feature code range and verify the f-code range.

I still support a 616 DS with DR5.0 software and a 2 port flash with 2.0.10 software and it is chugging along just fine.

Due to the age of the backup capacitors for memory, I do suggest support both KSU and Flash with a robust UPS with long run time.

If it is a Flash 4, you will need 2 DN ports on the KSU.
