how to call ms word mailmerge via an access button

I have a access 2003 database and I want to create a button to call a specific mailmerge word 2003 document (this doc is already mailmerged to an access table) and send it directly to the printer automatically.
I know the best way is through VBA but my skills of VBA are limited.
Any help would be appricated
