Hi
Is it possible to set up two different threshold level in AACC (Avaya Aura Contact Center)?
I would like to setup a abandoned after threshold to 15 seconds and 60 seconds for the answer after threshold.

Appreciate your help in this regards.

You can assign threshold level colors on the real time displays.
Having 2 thresholds in Historical reporting is not possible (but you could design a report which shows the values needed).

Hi

Yep. What you are saying is correct. I configured 2 threshold levels and it follows only one threshold. Is ther anything mentioned in the NTP that we can set only one threshold level.
