placing a window or layer at X Y based on mouse or clicked object position

As per the subject, I need to place a layer on a specific X Y position relative to the clicked object.

Since the page has many objects and the object may appear on different pages and trigger the same layer, I need to keep the X Y position dynamic.

I've seen this in other pages but have never had the need to do it till now.

Thank you all for you assistance!

Regards,

Jose
