I doubt LHK is your problem, you probably want it to hunt up to the roll over line. Is there a reason you have call forward by call type enabled when it is going to the same place? That piece doesn't make sense and may be your issue. Kinda weird, everything looks right. Does this extension happen to appear some where else?

I would build it as a key 0 on another TN and marp it there and add a xmwk key for it on on your set

Thanks,

Buddy

Does 5804 appear on another phone? If so, the light will not light on this phone unless you add the XMWK key.

And what would they check for in the CDN?

You might try adding the position ID to voice mail as an exension sinceNortel likes to reference key 0
add 8213 as an extension in voice mail

what call keeps ringing? the one to the ACD Q or the SCR key 7140 (direct call to it)

the call to the acd key 0 cannot use the HUNT or FNA of the set.

Is MARP turned on it LD 17? Does this work on any other set with a non PrimeDN scenario?

(MARP is activated in LD 17. If MARP is not active, refer to specific call redirection modules in this document for call redirection details. MARP prompts and messages appear even if MARP is not active. MARP TNs can still be added, assigned, and changed. Features and Services Book 2 of 3 (D to M))

LD 17 – Activate or deactivate MARP.

PARM YES Change system parameters.
- MARP YES NO Activate or deactivate MARP. There is no default.
<CR> retains the previous system data.

Not sure if you got this working or not, but once you do I suggest you add a xmwk key as GHTrout suggested in addition to CLS LMPX (lights non-PDN keys).

There is no EFD defined. External calls will continue to ring. Change EFD to 4000 or make CLS = CFTD to turn off Call Forward by Call Type.
