HI everyone.

I tested a PRI tonight, incoming works fine, outbound is partial. Long distance calls 1-555-555-5555 work fine, local calls get rejected. Here is my short code that worked partially.

Code; [9]1N;
Telephone Number: 1Ns5555555
Feature: Dial
Line Group ID: 0

When I tried a regular short code of 9N, N, DIAL, 0, no inbound worked. So I had note of the above short code that worked on another install, and it almost worked so I think I'm very close. The problem is I have a very small time frame to test as it's a live system. I can try again tomorrow. Any pointers? The PRI is full 23 channels and all channels are in group 0. All analog trunks are in group 1 while I testing.

Thanks!

Try Dial3K instead of dial.
Are the PRI channels outgoing code 0?

Sorry, in the second part of my post I stated when I used the 9N short code I had no inbound. I meant no outbound local or long distance.

I will try that with the DIAL change to DIAL3K and see what happens. I feel real dumb but I think I may have had my short code of 9N and not 9N; I'll have to try this tomorrow as well.
