Need pin info to Reusing Proliant BL20p G2 Power Supply outside rack

I'm reusing a Proliant BL20p G2 Power Supply outside of the rack. What combination of pins on the output side need to be jumped (see picture attached) to get the 48v DC output? I've figured out the input power leads and have it powered on with 240v 20amp AC. Its the output power I am having trouble with. There is no output current being generated. Long story short its to be used as part of a power system to get 110v 4000Wh from my Prius.
