The easiest thing to do is find one programmed already like you want and do a copy.

Do you have an existing 500 set you can copy? That is the easiest way to do this.

To get an available TN
In LD 10, 11 or 20 (which ever is your favorite)
REQ: luvu
TYPE: 500
TN - (leave blank)

enter through until it returns available TN's

Next - if you do not already have an extension to use

REQ: prt
TYPE: ludn

CUST (leave blank)
DN (fill in first few digits of your DID range if you have one or just leave blank to print all)

To copy a set
REQ: cpy 1
TYPE: 500

CFTN (existing TN of 500 set)
DES
TN (available TN from above)
DN (available DN from above)

New set if none exist - Print any existing digital phone to get specific properties for new set - many are the same between digital and analog

REQ: new
TYPE: 500
TN (from above)
......
DN (from above)
Some entrys you can enter through some it will force you to enter information, just type in similar from your printed example.

Hope this helps. If you still have issues with it, print out and post and someone may be able to point out changes you need to make.
