BUG266 Error on Meridian Option 11

We have a Option 11 system that is getting these bugs a couple times a week

so i looked up the error and it said

BUG0266
ACTIVECR points to a call register that is in the IDLE queue.
Please contact technical support group.
Severity: Major

Does anyone know what causes this and what I need to do to fix it?
