Has anyone experienced an issue with trying to set call forward unconditional on the 9608? Its doesn't seem to save the forward destination number once its entered.

If I try to do it through the Features menu on the phone, I can enter the call fwd destination, turn forwarding on, then save. Go back in, and the number wasn't saved, it still says not set for the destination.

If I program a Call Fwd All button on the phone, I press the button, enter then number, but there is no select or save option to save the number.

Only way Ive gotten it to work was going through the remote configuration options through VMpro.

Anyone else experience any of this?

Is it on the correct firmware level ? No surprise to find an issue with those phones though smile
