Hello All,

We have a BCM450 connected via SIP trunk to Asterisk. Most of of the interconnectivity issues have been solved beside the Caller Id.
How to specify which outgoing Caller ID will BCM use when making calls over PRI lines from extension on Asterisk (call coming from SIP trunk)?

Bit more details, BCM has PRI lines connected to it. Asterisk is connected only via SIP trunk to BCM. I can make calls from BCM DN or from PRI line to the Asterisk extensions with no problems (I am receiving proper caller id). I can also make calls from Asterisk to the BCM DN and to external numbers via PRI. However, all outgoing calls are presenting only the main caller id of the PRI group to the called party.

Any help would be welcome...

If you have the correct OLI programmed on each set and the carrier is allowing you to over ride the outgoing BTN the it should be fine.

Thanks for input, but I am not sure I made my self clear. I don't have problem with sending out Caller Id to the telco when the call is coming from BCM DNs. Problem is with "transit calls" coming from Asterisk to BCM via SIP trunk and then going out to PSTN via PRI on BCM (Tandem call). How to specify which number will BCM use for outgoing Caller Id presentation? At the moment, call is going through, but it's presenting only main number to the callers. And we have pool of 400 numbers given by telco...
