I have installed Linuxmint 12 on virtualbox but Broadcom 4313 wireless didn't work.
But I used Linuxmint 12 livecd and Broadcom 4313 worked fine.
Wired Ethernet (bridged adapter) worked fine on virtualbox
Any suggestion to make Broadcom 4313 wireless worked fine on Virtualbox Windows 7

I recently installed Fedora 16 on a netbook witht his wif card & it would not work until after the 1st round of updates.

basically it has only recently had open source drivers added to the kernel.
I did find documents on alternative ways to get this card working if a suitable kernel is not yet available for mint

A Maintenance contract is essential, not a Luxury.
Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear

As far as I know it doesn't matter what network card you have on your physical system; virtual machines only need to know about the virtual network interfaces you have configured for them. You must have missed something when setting up the bridged network devices for your virtual machine? Does the Linux Mint live CD work in the same virtual machine? Or did you boot off it directly on your physical system?

I have installed linuxmint 12 on virtualbox. Wired ethernet was working but wireless ethernet was not working.I used linuxmint 12 livecd both wired and wireless ethernet were working fine.
Any suggestion to set wireless ethernet works on virtualbox?
