BCM400 SYSTEM patch 033 corrupted system keycodes BE ALERT!!!

I loaded latest patches to bcm400 and after reboot all keycodes show intact but eveything associated with them stopped operating? VM boxes show -55, cotact center shows disable and cannot re-enable. Must got to AVAYA now for $$$$ support, Thanks you AVAYA!!

I'm sorry to hear that!. I reported to Avaya problems with system 030 to 032. I simply don't trust them anymore!.

I doubt its related, 033 has been out over a month now.

Did you restore from backup and try the patch again?.

I tried restore and it does same thing. I also installed a new vm keycodes to try and trick the sequence but it made no difference nor does it register in callpilot? They had 55 mailboxes and I added 2 additional and it still says negitive 55, I am up the creek so to speak? Tried to contact Avaya this morning but they need sold yo information so tomorrow is another day. Thank everyone

Possible HD corruption, just suggestions.....
System level reset
Enter keys and patch
Test
or
Replace HD with BCM400 rls ? image, patch to latest then see if key's enter, if ok do a restore of programming.

According to AVAYA who repaired 2 KRS files a new HD and restore would not have helped. Problem solved but thanks everyone.

So the problem had to do with corrupted KRS files within the patch?

Deployed patch 33 twice no issues so far..

If its not broke tweak it..

The Corrupt part had a ? mark and I only was wanting folks to be aware that the potential was there nothing else! AVAYA actually had to log into my machine and repair it as files became corrut immediatly folling patch. All is GOOD! Sorry to give wrong impression
