Attempted to readd the user and sttempted to add other users all get same error. 0x80004005 Unable to access Modular messaging Information.

On the MSS backend MM you must create a trust to the IP where Site Admin software is being used. Has this been done?

Usually means the password between the software & MSS is not the same or the IP or the trusted server name referenced. Have these been checked?
