I am trying to close out Daily Sales order Sales Journal

and error comes up, Unable to Up date Sales Journal A not on File customer has been encountered, an invalid or missing G/L account has been found in division.

Error 11: Record not found or Duplicate key on write
Program: SOWDBB

That key looks like an invoice number which might be the issue. Delete out that invoice number and rekey it. Sounds like you're on an older version of MAS 90 -- version 4.05 or below.
