SNMP alarms in Ridgeline 3.1

I keep getting reboot alarms on my devices in Ridgeline and they are not rebooting. I am running the latest code and bootRom on the switches and my Ridgeline is on SP2. This was happening on the older versions as well. Is there something I may have misconfigured somewhere. It seems like they are reachable via SNMP since it is able to update information and query the devices.
