I need to fool the Recorded Overflow Announcement

DFKSydney (TechnicalUser)
7 May 12 22:00
I have the following scenario:

Incoming calls go to an IVR, arriving at "System A" transiting via E1s to "System B" and being answered via an IVR system that has LSE1s as the connections in.

The IVRs have an option of transferring to the attendants, which are on "System A". So far all is OK with this scenario.

The failing is this: There is an ROA on the attendants. This does not work. The documents state that "a transferred call is ineligible for ROA" thus what happens is ring until either answer or overflow.

What I need to do is in some way, fool the systems into the belief that the transferred call out of the IVRs is in fact a NEW call to the attendants.

Tired and failed from System B

Transfer to a phantom call forwarded to the attendants (direct), via Phantom CFW to the attendants, phantom CFW to ACD that NCFW to the attendant, and to ACD NCFW to the attendants.

From System A:

ACD NCFW and the same phantom setups fail.

I have not been successful in trying various forwards to a speed dial.

Transferring the call from IVR through CC6 on System B then to the attendants also fails.

At this point I am open to any ideas....Thanx
