i have a problem in my system, CS1000E Rls. 5.50J, with CPPM hardware, one is working as Call Server and the other as Signaling Server, on my IP Phones, i have a caller's list key, but when i press the key it says, caller's list is empty, but i just called that phone just to check if it will register my call, and i'm surprised that no calls in the caller's list.

when you pressed the directory button key on the phone, you will see the personal directory, corporate directory and the third one, i forgot already.

on the personal directory, you have redial, caller's and to assign a name on the directory, if i not mistaken.

i already activated the personal directory in the element manager by, assigning the elan ip of the signaling server.

my question, why when i pressed the caller's list, it says caller's list is empty, what was the problem.


please help

yes, the one that is acting as a leader....

CPND must be configured on the system to have it work


also make sure you have the Call log option setup on the Phones menu

IP Phone Services key
Options menu, select Call Log Options

i program a cpnd block and the caller's list is working, thanks for the support, i appreciate.
