For some reason once in a while but not everytime an agent will answer a call and see this on the display:

DS_JRH_Dx
DS_Portsmouth

Agents typically only show one line of display so they know how to answer the call..In this case they're not sure.

so far all the calls that do this have been coming from the DS_Portsmouth line.  

 I have an 81c on 6.0, CP 5.0 and CC 7.0
This call center is fronted by CP App builder and sent through Contact Center. Ive checked what I know in the App Builder and In the scripting and dont see anything out of line..any ideas why they are seeing two different locations on their display?

We dont use this scenario, so I do not know if this is the answer or not .... is it possible these are calls that have been transferred from one group to the other?

No Trvlr1, Ive duplicated myself with no xfer involved from another agent. Incoming calls hit 1 of 20 or so call pilot Apps, depending on which toll free number the caller is calling, The caller gets the greeting specific for that "site" and each of the 20 or so apps has 2 cdn's on the menu to choose from.Pressing 1 or 2 is what transfers the individually named CDN into scripting and to a particular skillset with the CDN displaying so the agent can answer appropriatley.

 The names being displayed simultaniously are CDN's that appear in different Apps with different Toll free numbers. Thank you though !!

You might want to post this in the Symposium/Contact Center forum. There are some Call Center geniuses in there that might have some ideas.

You could also run some reports on the applications and agent, and maybe some call by call reports. They might help you figure out what's going on.
