I have a client that wants to stop one guy from calling in to their BCM after hours and stop leaving many messages at night.

He is calling from a cell phone - is there any way to block him in programming not to be answered by AA...

Just asking not sure but I do not think so...

Yes as long as they are sending caller id, you can enter the phone number in the table and then direct the caller to things like :
-Disconnect
-Info mailbox
-CCR Tree

Through tell set its F983/login/1

From GUI (web browser) for Callpilot I am not sure but guessing Auto Attendant and Clid Routing or Clid table.
