The system status uses the same port as the CCR Application... is there some way to use the SSA and CCR in the same PC????

one option is to put your wan port of the ipo on the network with a different ip range to lan port and give the nic card on the ccr server a secondry ip address to match the ipo wan.

System status is for the engineers while CCR is for the customer.

when we need to install the manager application and get remote acess to the pc with team viewer, for example.

Ok you use it for remote management.
But then i do not see the problem with CCR.
CCR is for the customer and if you need to change something you do not need SSA i guess.
