We were running NRU 3.5 on Microsoft 2003, upgraded to XP and Norstar 3.7.  We can't print any reports anymore.  I think don't know if there is any way to do upgrades with our exsisting systems, but would love any suggestions.

Service Pack 3 updates for Windows XP

A lot of IT people upgraded the RCC servers with Microsoft updates and no longer worked.
However some have gotten it to work so there is probably some update in there it does not like.

If you want to try Control Panel/ Add Remove / Make sure Microsoft updates are included in list then remove SP3.
